This website (cleanovatech.shop, "CleaNova") is operated by Jade Leanne Porter, trading as CleaNovaTech ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and pricing
We aim to display products, prices, and availability accurately. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Product images are for illustration. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices or products at any time.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation and dispatch your item. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a stock issue) and will refund any payment taken.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure provider, Shopify Payments. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
4. Shipping and returns
Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.
5. Warranty
Products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
6. Intellectual property and trademarks
All content on this site is owned by us or our licensors. Roborock® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. CleaNova (CleaNovaTech) is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roborock. Product names and images are used for descriptive purposes only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your order.
