We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
30-day returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Free returns
Return shipping is on us. To start a return, email support@cleanovatech.shop with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Condition
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all accessories, brushes, pads, and original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Warranty
Every product includes a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (see our Terms of Service).
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items damaged through misuse cannot be refunded.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This is in addition to — and does not affect — the 30-day policy above.
