We ship all orders from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) and are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order.
Delivery time
We offer free tracked shipping across the United Kingdom and Europe. Estimated total delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, both to the UK and to all European destinations.
Import duties and taxes
For deliveries within Europe, any applicable import duties or taxes are covered by us — you will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed by courier volumes, weather, or customs clearance. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at support@cleanovatech.shop and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
